Intuitive Eating          Healthier Relationship to Food

Eating Disorders        Attuned Eating

PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)

70 Minute Initial Session

During this session, we we explore your history with food, movement and health. If you are looking to support a specific disease, we will consider your experiences with your disease and ways to support it. Your relationship with your body and food will be central to our time together. You will leave with a clear plan of your next steps that fit you and your lifestyle.

55 Minute Follow-up Session

Follow-up after the initial session is key to lasting success. Your relationship with food is a work-in-progress and these sessions will explore how that work has been for you. We will explore your successes, challenges and make any adjustments to your plan as needed. You will have next steps to take after each session.

The number of follow-up sessions I recommend will be on an individualized basis. All visits are currently being conducted via telehealth (video) appointments.

If you are interested in a package of multiple sessions, please contact me for payment options.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna, Regence and United Healthcare.

I am out of network with Premera, Cigna and First Choice however I can submit all claims to your insurance, regardless. Less work for you! Many major WA companies cover out-of-network nutrition visits at 100%. Check with your insurance for details.

About

Hello! I'm Erica. I'm an avid home cook, lover of delicious food and Registered Dietitian who believes that a life where food is savored, enjoyed and cherished is a life well-lived.

When I'm not working with clients or in the kitchen, you'll find me on a mountain, getting joyful movement in an exercise class or listening to vinyl records. In my spare time, I write a food and vinyl record pairing blog. Music is as central to my life as food and pairing these two together gives me great joy.

I employ a whole-person approach that emphasizes personalized nutrition, self-care and joyful movement to help you find where your health is at its most centered and supportive. I practice from Health At Every Size® approach and use Intuitive Eating to guide my clients to healthier relationships with their body and with food.
